Why do my operations (transactions) show so high cost for Storage fee

Storage fee calculation shows the maximum possible fee cost, not the actual amount. This feature was developed to prevent operation (transaction) backtrack thus improving user experience. The real fee cost is much lower and depends on the Tezos blockchain workload.
